🧭 The Opportunity
As a Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations on the B737NG, exercising sound judgment, mentoring the crew, and delivering an exceptional, compliant flight experience across all phases of flight.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 4,000+ hours
- PIC time: 1,000+ hours
- In type (B737 CL/NG/MAX): 1,000+ hours
- Multi‑engine: 1,000+ hours
- Jet time: 1,000+ hours
- Type rating: Required
- Captain hours on B737 or equivalent twin‑jet: > 1,000 hours
- Type Rating on B737 (CL, NG, or MAX) current or expired ≤ 3 years
- License: ATPL (EASA accepted)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English Level: 4+
- Background: No pending charges
- Right to work/travel: Visa sponsorship not provided

- Command B737NG operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on‑time performance.
- Lead the flight deck with effective CRM, mentoring, and decision‑making.
- Oversee flight planning, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM assessment, and aircraft performance.
- Coordinate with cabin, ground, and ATC to deliver a smooth operation.
- Maintain proficiency through recurrent training and SOP adherence.
