✈️ About the role

As an ATR Captain at SKY express, you will uphold the highest safety standards, lead the flight deck with exemplary CRM, and deliver a great passenger experience while mentoring First Officers and supporting a proactive safety culture.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command ATR 42/72 operations within EASA regulations and company SOPs across domestic and regional routes.
• Exercise sound judgment and leadership, ensuring effective CRM and clear communication with crew and operations.
• Plan and execute flights including performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM assessment.
• Conduct comprehensive briefings and debriefs; manage irregular operations with a safety-first approach.
• Champion safety: participate in the SMS, encourage hazard reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain currency and compliance through recurrent training and records management.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• EASA ATPL(A).
• Valid ATR 42 or ATR 72 Type Rating, or completion of the ATR D course.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flying experience.
• Minimum 500 PIC hours on ATR.
• EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
• English language proficiency ELP Level 4 or higher; fluency in spoken and written English.
• Last flight on type within the previous 12 months.
• No-incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU; no criminal record.
• IT literate.
• Strong leadership, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset.
