🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the ATR 72 safely and efficiently in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Execute thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings with a strong CRM focus.
- Monitor flight progress, aircraft systems, and weather; support the Captain in timely, well‑informed decision‑making.
- Uphold a just culture, report hazards, and contribute to continuous safety and operational improvement.
- Maintain recency and proficiency through recurrent training, checking, and self‑development.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- At least the Theoretical ATPL or a valid CPL or MPL, plus a valid IR and certificate of completion of the MCC course (or equivalent). Multi‑Engine (ME) rating required.
- EASA Class 1 Medical.
- Language proficiency: English (minimum ICAO Level 4) and Spanish at ICAO Level 5.
- Ability to comply with the Operational Suitability Data (OSD) for the ATR type rating, whether combined with operator conversion or joining with an existing ATR type rating operated by NAYSA.
- Passport from a member country of the European Union with more than 6 months’ validity.
- Free of criminal records in the last 5 years.

- ATR 42/72 variant 600 Type Approval.
- Recent multi‑crew turboprop experience and strong evidence of SOP discipline.
