✈️ The Opportunity
As an ATR 72 First Officer, you will operate in a professional multi‑crew setting, supporting safe, efficient, and on‑time regional operations. You will work closely with the Captain, apply SOPs with precision, and deliver a great onboard experience while honing your turboprop skills on one of Europe’s most capable regional aircraft.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assist the Captain with flight preparation, performance, and operational decision‑making in accordance with company SOPs and EU-OPS/EASA regulations.
- Execute PF/PM duties, manage checklists, and maintain high situational awareness throughout all phases of flight.
- Monitor aircraft systems, flight progress, weather, and NOTAMs; proactively manage threats and errors using sound CRM.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with ATC, crew, and ground teams to ensure safe, efficient turnarounds.
- Participate in training, checking, and continuous improvement, including compliance with applicable OSD.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- At least one of: ATPL (Theoretical), CPL, or MPL.
- A valid IR and a certificate of completion of the MCC course (or equivalent).
- EASA multi‑engine qualification (ME).
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical.
- English ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher and Spanish ICAO Level 5.
- Passport from a European Union member country with at least 6 months’ validity.
- Free of criminal records for the last 5 years.
🌟 Preferred
- ATR 42/72‑600 Type Approval.
📚 Training, Type Rating & Compliance
Non‑type rated candidates are encouraged to apply. Type rating and operator conversion training will be provided. You must comply with the applicable OSD for the ATR type rating—whether you complete the type rating combined with the operator conversion course or you join already holding an ATR 42/72 type rating for aircraft operated by Naysa.
