ATR 72 First Officer – Permanent | Training Provided (EASA)

🧭 The role

As an ATR 72 First Officer, you will operate safely and efficiently within a multi-crew environment, uphold the highest standards of airmanship, and deliver a reliable regional service. You’ll work closely with the Captain and Operations teams, following company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices in CRM.

• Conduct flight preparation, performance calculations, and aircraft checks.
• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in English and Spanish.
• Champion safety, reporting, and continuous improvement across all operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• EASA CPL(A) with valid IR (ME).
• Credit for the Theoretical ATPL, or hold a CPL, or MPL.
• MCC course completion certificate (or equivalent).
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: English ELP Level 4+ and Spanish ICAO Level 5.
• Passport from a European Union member country with at least 6 months’ validity.
• Free of criminal records during the last 5 years.
• Able to comply with OSD requirements for the ATR type rating, whether the course is combined with operator conversion training or you join with an existing type rating on aircraft operated by Naysa.

🌟 Preferred

• ATR 42/72 -600 Type Approval.

🎓 Training & onboarding

Non-type rated pilots are welcome—type rating is provided. Training aligns with ATR OSD and includes operator conversion and supervised line flying to ensure a confident transition to the right seat.
