Join our regional fleet as a First Officer on the ATR 72. We welcome NTR candidates — type rating is not required and training is provided. Bring your EASA CPL/IR/ME, Class 1 medical, and proven language proficiency in English and Spanish.

🧭 The Role

As an ATR 72 First Officer, you will operate regional sectors in a multi‑crew, IFR environment, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused operations. You will work closely with the Captain and operational teams to uphold SOPs, maintain the highest safety standards, and ensure on‑time performance.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply robust CRM and threat & error management to every sector.
  • Conduct precise flight planning, briefings, and performance calculations for ATR 72 operations.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, weather, and operational factors to support safe decision‑making.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and clear communication in both English and Spanish.

🧰 Training & Development

We provide a structured ATR 72 type‑rating pathway for NTR candidates, including ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line training. You will receive ongoing coaching, recurrent training, and support to progress confidently within the fleet.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME.
  • Unrestricted Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Level 4 and Spanish Level 4 (or higher).
  • Strong CRM, situational awareness, and decision‑making under IFR.
  • Nice to have: ATR 72 qualification and/or logged time on type.
