✈️ Role at a glance
As an ATR 72 First Officer, you will operate as part of a two‑pilot crew, supporting the Captain to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer service. You’ll prepare and execute flights across our network, applying disciplined airmanship, sound decision‑making, and excellent crew coordination.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the ATR 72 as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance checks.
- Manage checklists, FMS setup, navigation, and ATC communications with precision and clarity.
- Monitor flight path, weather, systems, and fuel state; identify and mitigate operational threats.
- Apply strong CRM, collaborate closely with the Captain, and contribute to safe, timely decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate flight documentation and uphold company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in initial, recurrent, and proficiency training, maintaining currency and readiness.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided); NTR candidates welcome
- License: Valid CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Open to: TTCAA license holders
📝 Additional requirements
- Education: Minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary Level passes including Mathematics and English OR a High School Diploma (for US & Canadian based applicants).
- Compliance: Candidates will be subject to pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
- Security: Candidates will be subject to security background verification and clearance before an offer is made.
🎓 Training & onboarding
Successful applicants will receive company‑provided ATR 72 training, which typically includes ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line training to release. You’ll be supported by experienced instructors and check airmen to ensure a smooth transition onto type.
