Step into a permanent ATR 72 command and lead safe, efficient regional turboprop operations. As a type-rated Captain, you’ll set the standard for airmanship, mentor your crew, and deliver a consistently smooth operation.
🧭 The mission
- Exercise command on ATR 72 operations with uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
- Apply sound decision-making in all phases of flight while balancing operational efficiency with passenger and crew safety.
- Lead, brief, and mentor flight deck and cabin colleagues, modeling excellent CRM and SOP adherence.
- Manage normal and non-normal procedures, checklists, and performance calculations with precision.
- Represent the operation professionally with stakeholders, from ground teams to ATC and customers.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 3,000 hours.
- Multi‑engine fixed wing: Minimum 2,000 hours.
- Alternate flight time pathway:
- Minimum 3,000 hours total time, including 1,000 hours PIC, of which 500 hours on type (ATR 72).
- Type rating: Current and valid ATR 72 type rating (type‑rated required).
- License: Unrestricted ATPL issued by an ICAO member authority.
- Medical: Valid Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
Open to qualified ICAO license holders meeting the above criteria.
