🧭 What you’ll do

  • Exercise safe, compliant command of ATR 72 operations in all phases of flight.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck team, fostering effective CRM and SOP discipline.
  • Execute precise preflight planning, performance calculations, and threat/error management.
  • Uphold regulatory and company standards, ensuring on-time, professional operations.
  • Represent the flight operation with professionalism in all crew and customer interactions.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours minimum
  • Multi‑engine fixed wing: 2,000 hours minimum
  • Type rating: Current ATR 72 type rating required
  • License: Valid ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
  • Alternative flight time pathway: 3,000 hours total time with 1,000 hours PIC, of which 500 hours on type

Note: Candidates must be currently type-rated on the ATR 72.
