🧭 Your mission

As an ATR 72 Captain, you will command regional flights with unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and passenger care. You will lead your crew with calm authority, exercise sound operational judgment, and ensure every sector is executed to the highest standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC in Type: 500 hours on ATR 72
  • Type rating: Required (ATR 72)
  • License: ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Security: Ability to obtain Croatian security clearance
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

Only candidates meeting all minimums can be considered.

  • Lead the flight deck, modeling exemplary CRM and decision-making in all phases of flight.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, mass and balance, and fuel strategies aligned with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain operational excellence in varied weather and short-field regional environments typical of ATR operations.
  • Mentor and develop First Officers, fostering a proactive safety mindset and continuous improvement culture.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, operations, and cabin crew to deliver punctual, customer-focused service.
  • Complete timely, accurate post-flight reporting and uphold rigorous compliance and documentation standards.
