ATR 72 Captain – Manila Base

🧭 What you’ll do

• Lead safe and compliant ATR-72 operations from pre-flight planning and briefing through taxi, takeoff, en‑route, approach, landing, and post‑flight procedures.
• Uphold all company SOPs and regulatory requirements while exercising sound judgment and airmanship.
• Execute precise flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management under varying operational conditions.
• Foster strong CRM, coordinating effectively with the First Officer, cabin crew, dispatch, and maintenance.
• Proactively manage threats and errors, ensuring a robust safety culture and timely reporting.
• Represent Sunlight Air’s standards of professionalism and service on every sector.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with current Instrument Rating.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English Language Proficiency Level 4 (ICAO) or higher.
• Current ATR-72 type rating.
• Flight time (meet one of the following):
  • At least 3,000 hours total time with 2,000 hours in a multi‑engine fixed‑wing aircraft; OR
  • At least 3,000 hours total time with 1,000 hours PIC, of which 500 hours are on type (ATR-72).
• Proven record of safe decision‑making, leadership, and adherence to SOPs.
