ATR 72 Captain – Fixed-Term Contract (Type Rating Provided)

• Command ATR aircraft in accordance with Company Operating Manuals, SOPs, and safety policies.
• Effect prudent operational economies on each flight while upholding safety and compliance.
• Lead a multi-crew operation with strong CRM, decision-making, and situational awareness.
• Ensure adherence to TTCAA and ICAO regulatory requirements.
• Oversee flight planning, performance, weather and NOTAM review, fuel management, and aircraft technical status.
• Communicate effectively with ATC in English, maintaining required language proficiency.
• Participate in all required Company training, checks, and recurrent proficiency assessments.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting hazards and adhering to SMS practices.

• License: Valid ATPL (ICAO or TTCAA)
• Medical: Class 1; valid per TTCAA requirements (validity not more than 12 months)
• Total Time: Minimum 3,000 hours
• Command Time: Minimum 1,000 hours P1/P1 U/S on a multi-engine, multi-crew turboprop or jet
• ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher

Note: ATR type rating is not required; approved training will be provided to successful candidates.

• Successful completion of Caribbean Airlines’ Medical Examination
• Satisfactory assessment by the Caribbean Airlines pilot selection board (including English fluency for ATC)
• Successful Security background check
• Successful completion of Company training and Proficiency Checks
• Valid medical assessment maintained per TTCAA requirements

• Reporting Line: Fleet Manager, ATR
• Engagement: Fixed term, contract basis
• Operations: Conduct flights in accordance with Company Operating Manuals and procedures
