ATR 72 Captain – Fast‑Track Upgrade (NTR Welcome)

🧭 The opportunity

As an ATR 72 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger‑focused operations across a dynamic turboprop network. If you are an experienced ATR co‑pilot, you can take advantage of an accelerated upgrade program into the left seat upon meeting experience and training milestones.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Flight experience: One of the following:
  • ≥ 1,000 hours PIC on multi‑crew aircraft above 23,000 kg MTOW; or
  • ≥ 1,500 hours as co‑pilot on an ATR 72
• License: ATPL (Frozen) with valid IR and ME (accepted licenses: EASA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Languages: English (min. ELP Level 4) and Spanish
• Spanish proficiency: ICAO linguistic competence certificate – minimum Level 5 (Spanish)
• Passport: Valid with at least 6 months remaining
• Right to work: Able to work without employer‑provided visa sponsorship

🌟 Preferred

• Type approval: ATR 42/72‑600 variant
• Recent turboprop multi‑crew experience and strong SOP discipline
• Demonstrated leadership/mentoring in a multi‑crew environment

• Foster an open, collaborative cockpit culture and mentor flight crew

• Deliver an excellent passenger experience while optimizing operational efficiency
