Norra is growing. We’re inviting experienced commercial pilots to join our ATR fleet as Captains. Whether you’re stepping up via our Fast Track to Command or qualifying as a Direct Entry Captain, you’ll have the support and training to succeed on the ATR 72.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Eligibility: NTR (Non-Type Rated) welcome; ATR experience an advantage
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Pathways: Fast Track to Captain; Direct Entry Captain (prior command an advantage)
  • Licence: EASA CPL + IR + ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: English (ICAO L4) and Finnish (L5)
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 Your Mission

  • Command ATR 72 operations with an uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
  • Lead, brief, and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew; champion a strong safety and just culture.
  • Operate efficiently across irregular rosters and dynamic regional weather conditions.
  • Uphold Norra SOPs and regulatory standards while delivering on-time, efficient operations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Turbine time: 3000 hours
  • Flight time (aircraft class): 3000 hours on a CS-25 class aircraft
  • Licences: EASA CPL, IR, ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
  • Language proficiency: Valid English Level 4 and Finnish Level 5
  • Impeccable background and a healthy, safety-first attitude toward alcohol- and drug-free industry standards.
  • Able to work irregular shifts; willing to complete a pre-employment check, including drug screening.
  • Direct Entry Captain applicants: minimum 500 hours of command time.
  • ATR flight experience and/or ATR 72 type rating is considered an advantage.

Step confidently into the left seat with our Fast Track to Command, supported by company-provided ATR 72 type rating and tailored line training. Pilots with prior command experience may be considered for Direct Entry Captain placement.
