Step into a permanent command role on the ATR 72. We welcome non‑type‑rated captains — full ATR training provided — to lead safe, efficient regional operations while mentoring and empowering the flight deck.

  • Languages: English (ICAO ELP 4+) and Spanish (Level 5)

🧭 Your mission

  • Lead safe, compliant ATR 72 operations across all phases of flight, upholding SOPs and a just culture.
  • Exercise command authority with sound judgement, mentoring first officers and championing strong CRM.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, cabin crew, and maintenance to deliver a reliable, passenger‑focused operation.
  • Promote fuel‑efficient practices and on‑time performance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Valid, unrestricted EASA ATPL and current Class 1 Medical.
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Spanish proficiency: Level 5.
  • Flight time (one of the following):
    • Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on multi‑crew aircraft > 23,000 kg MTOW; or
    • Minimum 1,500 hours as co‑pilot on ATR 72.
  • No ATR type rating required; ATR training provided.
  • Hold an EU passport with at least 6 months validity. Due to operational and travel requirements, sponsorship is not available.

🌟 Preferred

  • ATR 42/72‑600 type rating.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and CRM excellence.
