ATR 72 Captain – Non‑Type Rated Welcome (EASA, Permanent)

✈️ The role

As Captain on the ATR 72, you’ll command multi-crew regional services, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and an excellent passenger experience. You’ll bring decisive leadership, strong CRM, and clear communication in both English and Spanish.

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Flight time: Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on multi-crew aircraft above 23,000 kg MTOW, OR 1,500 hours as co‑pilot on the ATR 72.
• Type rating: Not required — training provided (Non‑Type Rated welcome).
• License: Valid EASA ATPL.
• Medical: Class 1.
• English: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
• Spanish: Level 5 proficiency.
• Passport: Passport from a member country of the European Union with 6+ months validity.
• Visa: Sponsorship not provided; unrestricted right to work as applicable.

🧰 Preferred experience

• Current or recent time on ATR 42/72‑600.
• Strong knowledge of ATR systems, SOPs, and regional operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in CRM, mentoring, or line training.

• Lead the flight deck, setting the standard for safety, airmanship, and CRM.
• Plan and execute flights in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough pre‑flight, in‑flight, and post‑flight procedures and briefings.
• Make sound operational decisions in dynamic weather and ATC environments.
• Communicate effectively with crew, ATC, and ground teams in English and Spanish.
• Deliver a professional, punctual, and passenger‑focused operation.
