✈️ The opportunity

As a Direct Entry Captain, you will command ATR 72-600 operations from our Bergamo base, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and on-time performance while mentoring the flight deck team and delivering a great experience to our passengers.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the ATR 72-600 as Pilot-in-Command in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering a strong safety culture and clear communication.
  • Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic, real-world operating conditions.
  • Ensure regulatory, operational, and company standards are met on every sector.
  • Deliver punctual, customer-focused operations across AeroItalia’s domestic network.

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
  • Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on ATR-72 or equivalent turboprop aircraft.
  • Minimum 500 hours on type (ATR-72).
  • ATR-72-600 type rating required (currently valid or expired by no more than 3 years).
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • No pending charges.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in Italy (no visa sponsorship provided).
