🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient ATR 42 operations while fostering a strong safety and team culture.

  • Command ATR 42 flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise sound judgment, threat and error management, and operational leadership.
  • Champion a just culture: proactively participate in SMS and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor First Officers and promote high standards of CRM and airmanship.
  • Coordinate with operations, ground teams and ATC to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1500 hours (Indicative to satisfy ATPL requirements; actual time required may vary.)
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Licence: UK CAA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Background checks: Able to provide references to cover the past five years and pass a criminal record check

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Current ATR 42/72 type rating and recent ATR experience
  • Strong ATR systems and performance knowledge

Preference will be given to ATR type-rated applicants.

🔧 Training and progression

  • Type rating training provided for Non‑Type Rated Captains
