Join interCaribbean Airways, a 34-year-old regional airline based in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands. As we expand our year-round schedules across the Caribbean with a growing fleet of ATR 42/72 aircraft, we’re welcoming motivated First Officers to help us connect communities across the region. Non-type-rated candidates are encouraged to apply—ATR type rating training is provided.
🧭 Your mission
- Operate the ATR 42/72 safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Execute all phases of flight—preflight planning, performance calculations, and post-flight duties—with precision and teamwork.
- Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, demonstrating strong CRM, communication, and situational awareness.
- Deliver outstanding operational reliability on a diverse island-to-island network with short sectors and varied airfields.
- Embrace a variable roster, including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays, to support year-round operations.
- Commit to ongoing training, checking, and professional development as part of a safety-first culture.
🧰 What you’ll bring
Minimum requirements
- Total time: 750 hours
- PIC time: 150 hours
- Multi-Engine time: 200 hours
- Instrument Rating: Multi-Engine IR (MEIR)
- Licence: CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Background: Able to provide references to pass a five-year background and criminal record check
- Roster flexibility: Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Frozen ATPL
- ATR 42/72 type rating (100+ hours on type preferred)
- Recent multi-crew, multi-engine turbine experience
