Resource Group is partnering with a well-established and expanding European carrier to recruit experienced, type-rated ATR 42/72 Captains. This is a permanent command with multiple European base options, a predictable 3-weeks-on/1-week-off roster, attractive remuneration, and long-term career stability.

  • Position: ATR 42/72 Captain (Type-Rated)
  • Location: Europe (multiple bases)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
  • Minimum total time: 3,000 hours
  • Licence: EASA licence with current ATR 42/72 type rating
  • Fleet experience: Recent ATR 72-500/600
  • Eligibility: EU passport and/or unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command ATR 42/72 operations across the airline’s European network from one of several base options.
  • Lead a professional flight deck and cabin team, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
  • Uphold the highest operational and regulatory standards under EASA.
  • Contribute to ongoing operational development within a stable, growth-focused airline.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid EASA licence with current ATR 42/72 type rating.
  • At least 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • Proven experience on ATR 72-500/600.
  • EU work rights (EU passport and/or unrestricted right to live and work in the EU).
  • ICAO English Level 4 or above.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a strong safety and compliance mindset.
