As an ATR 42/72 Captain, you’ll lead safe and efficient operations across short sectors and diverse environments, collaborating closely with flight deck, cabin, dispatch, and ground teams to deliver an exceptional travel experience.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Command ATR 42/72 flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop flight deck crews while fostering a strong safety and just culture.
• Manage flight planning, performance, weight & balance, fuel strategies, and real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with OCC/Dispatch, Maintenance, and Ground Operations to ensure on-time, customer-focused performance.
• Maintain exemplary airmanship, communication, and CRM—especially across dynamic Caribbean weather and airspace.

✈️ Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 3,000 hours in commercial aviation
• In Type (ATR 42/72): 1,000 hours
• Type Rating: Required (ATR 42/72)
• License: ATPL/ATP
• Accepted Authorities: EASA, FAA, ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English Proficiency: Level 5
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Visa Sponsorship: Provided
