Assistant Chief Pilot – Flight Operations (B757/767)

• Supervise all activities of the flight department and its flight crewmembers, reporting directly to the Chief Pilot.
• Manage crewmember personnel matters and monitor the proficiency of probationary and tenured pilots.
• Support recruitment and retention initiatives to build and sustain a high-performing pilot group.

• Evaluate and report unsafe or hazardous conditions; champion a strong safety culture and the SMS.
• Help establish flight standards, policies, and SOPs in coordination with Flight Standards.
• Maintain and update flight publications and procedures across company manuals and Operations Specifications.
• Oversee content and currency for AeroData performance handbooks, aircraft flight manuals (AFM), quick reference handbooks (QRH), minimum equipment lists (MEL), and Operations Specifications A, B, and C.
• Drive goals that sustain operational performance, regulatory compliance, and pilot proficiency.

• Active Airline Transport Pilot certificate with appropriate ratings for the Boeing 757/767 (or similar aircraft on the company certificate); ATP—Unrestricted required.
• At least 5 years (within the last 10) as an ATP of a large airplane operated under Part 121 or Part 135, OR prior Chief Pilot / flight-management experience under Part 121 or Part 135.
• Eligibility to hold a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field.
• 5+ years of PIC experience in a large aircraft in Part 121 operations.
• Airline management and check airman experience overseeing flight-crew training and checking.
