Non-Type Rated candidates are welcome — a type rating will be provided as part of the program. 🧭 Your mission
As an Airline Pilot Cadet, you will progress from foundational training into line operations under supervision. You’ll apply company SOPs, contribute to a just culture of safety, and develop your technical and non-technical skills for reliable, on-time operations across various aircraft types.
- Prepare, brief, and execute flights in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate strong CRM, threat and error management, and situational awareness.
- Maintain exemplary airmanship, compliance, and professional communication.
- Embrace feedback, mentoring, and continuous improvement throughout training and line flying.
🧰 Training and development
- Type rating provided following successful selection and pre-entry checks.
- Comprehensive ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line flying.
- Mentoring from training captains and a clear pathway to full line release.
- Operational exposure across a modern, multi-fleet environment.
📋 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 200 hours
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL (A)
- Ratings/Courses: IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
- Jet Orientation: Certificate of completion of the JOC
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Languages required: English and Polish
- Open to licence holders: EASA
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must hold the unrestricted right to live and work as required.
