Airline Pilot Cadet – Envoy Pathway Program

🧭 Program overview

Envoy’s Cadet Program is designed to help promising university and commercial flight school student pilots transition from the classroom to the regional flight deck.

Once employed as a Flight Instructor at an affiliate program, qualified cadets may be offered financial assistance and a guaranteed path to becoming an Envoy First Officer.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Build flight experience while completing your studies and instructing at an Envoy affiliate.
• Leverage mentorship and structured guidance to prepare for regional airline operations.
• Progress along a defined pathway toward the Envoy flight deck as a First Officer.

Note: Participation and progression are subject to meeting program and hiring requirements.

🌟 Requirements

• Have, or will obtain, a Private Pilot License (PPL) within 30 days.
• License required: STUDENT
• Currently a university or commercial flight school student pilot.

🌱 Preferred profile

• Active in community service and campus or aviation organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership within your community.

📈 Your pathway

• Apply to the Envoy Cadet Program.
• Upon selection, secure employment as a Flight Instructor at an affiliate program.
