🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate line flights safely and efficiently as First Officer, upholding all company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Captain and crew to deliver a safe, on-time, and professional operation.
  • Embrace a seniority-based bidding system for schedules and aircraft assignment.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, leveraging your English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • ATP Qualified (FAA): Be within three months of meeting the minimum hour requirements for the ATP Written.
  • Pilot applicants must meet the experience requirements of FAR 61.159 prior to employment.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE) on Airman Certificate.
  • Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
  • U.S. citizen or able to provide proof of right to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Current passport or travel documents permitting multiple reentry to the U.S.
  • Availability to work any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to fly the assigned schedule based on pilot bidding seniority, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

🌟 Training and pathway

  • No Type Rating Required: Initial aircraft training provided; fleet/aircraft assigned by seniority.
  • ATP-CTP Support: For candidates who complete an application and successfully pass the pilot interview, the airline will provide the means to complete a SkyWest-approved CTP course to satisfy the ATP Written requirement.

Note: All qualifications must be met prior to employment; see FAR 61.159 for experience thresholds.
