🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate line flights safely and efficiently as First Officer, upholding all company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Captain and crew to deliver a safe, on-time, and professional operation.
- Embrace a seniority-based bidding system for schedules and aircraft assignment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, leveraging your English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- ATP Qualified (FAA): Be within three months of meeting the minimum hour requirements for the ATP Written.
- Pilot applicants must meet the experience requirements of FAR 61.159 prior to employment.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE) on Airman Certificate.
- Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
- U.S. citizen or able to provide proof of right to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Current passport or travel documents permitting multiple reentry to the U.S.
- Availability to work any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to fly the assigned schedule based on pilot bidding seniority, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
🌟 Training and pathway
- No Type Rating Required: Initial aircraft training provided; fleet/aircraft assigned by seniority.
- ATP-CTP Support: For candidates who complete an application and successfully pass the pilot interview, the airline will provide the means to complete a SkyWest-approved CTP course to satisfy the ATP Written requirement.
Note: All qualifications must be met prior to employment; see FAR 61.159 for experience thresholds.
