Air France is seeking passionate, disciplined, and safety‑driven professional pilots to join its medium‑haul network as First Officers based at Paris–Charles de Gaulle. This role calls for enthusiasm, intellectual and physical aptitude, and strong communication skills in both French and English.
🧭 Your mission
- Operate as First Officer on Air France’s medium‑haul network, executing all flight phases in strict accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver impeccable safety, CRM, and threat‑and‑error management, contributing proactively to a just culture and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and brief flights thoroughly, managing performance, weather, NOTAMs, and dispatch documentation.
- Communicate clearly in French and English with flight deck, cabin crew, ATC, and operations to ensure on‑time, safe, and efficient operations.
- Uphold Air France’s standards of professionalism, customer care, and operational excellence.
🧰 What you bring
- Licensing & training
- Hold a valid ATPL or CPL/IRME.
- Hold a theoretical ATPL issued by an EU‑certified ATO.
- Possess a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Hold an MCC training certificate (satisfactory level).
- Possess an English FCL 055 / 055D test score equal to or higher than 5.
- Have an English TOEIC score equal to or higher than 850 (less than 2 years old).
- For pilots not holding a first CS‑25 type rating: an EASA Advanced UPRT certificate and 70 hours PIC (or EASA equivalents).
- Documentation
- Provide a sworn certified copy of the last 2 pages of your logbook.
- Provide an employer certificate validating flight hours.
- Eligibility
- Be a national of an EEA state or Switzerland.
- Be fluent in French (FCL 055 level 6 in French for non‑native speakers) and English.
- Meet professional pilot selection eligibility rules.
- No previous failure in Air France or Transavia training.
- Personal qualities: passion for aviation, enthusiasm, sound judgement, resilience, and strong physical and intellectual aptitude.
