✈️ The Opportunity
As a First Officer, you will operate multi-crew commercial flights, working closely with the Captain and the wider operations team to uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer care. This role is ideal for pilots who are motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow toward command.
🧭 What You Will Do
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and operational briefings.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with strong crew resource management.
- Monitor flight progress, aircraft systems, and weather to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Collaborate effectively with the Captain, cabin crew, and operations control.
- Maintain professional standards, including continuous training, checking, and proficiency.
- Represent HOP! with professionalism and a strong safety mindset at all times.
🧰 What You Bring
- Licensing: Valid ATPL or CPL/IRME, plus valid theoretical ATPL issued by an EU-certified ATO.
- Medical: Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Nationality: French, EU, or Swiss nationality.
- Languages: Fluent French (for non-French nationals: FCL 055 Level 6). English proficiency ICAO Level 5 or higher (FCL 055 / 055D). TOEIC score ≥ 850 dated within the last 2 years.
- Training: MCC certificate. EASA Advanced UPRT for pilots without a first CS-25 type rating since 20 Dec 2019.
- Experience: First experience on CS-25/CS-23 aircraft is a plus.
- Track record: No previous failures in HOP!, Air France, or Transavia training.
- Documentation: Certified copy of the last two pages of your logbook and an employer certificate validating flight hours.
