  • Maintain robust communication and teamwork with the Captain, cabin crew, and operations.
  • Proactively manage threats and errors, applying sound judgment and disciplined checklist use.
  • Uphold a safety-first culture, reporting hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and excellent passenger/crew interaction.

🌟 What you bring

  • Minimum 2200 hours total flight time with recent, relevant experience.
  • Current commercial pilot qualifications (e.g., CPL/ATPL) and a valid Class 1 medical, as required by your licensing authority.
  • Strong multi-crew proficiency, IFR fundamentals, and disciplined SOP adherence.
  • Excellent CRM, decision-making, and situational awareness under varying operational conditions.
  • Ability to travel for duty periods and adapt to variable rosters and layovers.
  • Clear, confident English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Note: This is a home-based roster; flying duties are conducted on site and are not remote.

🌟 Why you’ll love this role

  • Home-based flexibility with organized travel to assigned bases and sectors.
  • A safety-led, supportive culture that values professionalism and teamwork.
  • Ongoing training, skills development, and clear pathways for progression.
