✈️ About the role

As a First Officer, you will partner closely with the Captain and the wider operations team to deliver safe, on‑time flights from pushback to parking. You’ll apply disciplined airmanship, sound judgement, and exemplary CRM to every sector, adapting to changing conditions while keeping passengers and crew at the heart of every decision.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute all phases of flight as pilot flying or pilot monitoring in line with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead thorough pre‑flight preparation, including performance calculations, fuel planning, weather and NOTAM review, and route analysis.
  • Configure and manage FMS/avionics, monitor aircraft systems, and maintain precise flight path management.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, dispatch, cabin crew, and ground teams to coordinate safe and efficient turnarounds.
  • Champion safety through robust checklist discipline, sterile cockpit adherence, and proactive TEM and safety reporting.
  • Support an exceptional passenger experience through professionalism, calm decision‑making, and courteous service.
  • Contribute to on‑time performance and fuel‑smart operations without compromising safety.
  • Engage in recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and advance proficiency.

🧰 What you’ll need to succeed

  • Valid commercial pilot licence with multi‑engine and instrument ratings (ICAO‑compliant); frozen or full ATPL preferred.
  • Current Class 1 medical and proficiency in English aligned with ICAO language requirements.
  • Demonstrated multi‑crew experience and strong command of SOPs, CRM, and TEM principles.
  • High situational awareness, disciplined cockpit management, and strong problem‑solving under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variable roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Type rating on transport‑category jets or turboprops is advantageous; training may be provided for outstanding candidates.
  • Ability to travel internationally and obtain necessary clearances/visas as required by the network.
