Airline Captain – Air Haifa (Haifa Base)

As Captain with Air Haifa, you will command line operations from our Haifa base, championing a safety-first culture while delivering smooth, on-time journeys. You will mentor and empower your crew, uphold SOPs, and represent our growing airline with professionalism both in the flight deck and with our customers.

🧭 What you will do

• Lead the flight deck and ensure the highest standards of flight safety and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, brief, and execute flights in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions in normal and non-normal operations.
• Deliver excellent CRM, fostering teamwork, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
• Provide a warm, professional passenger experience while representing Air Haifa’s values.
• Support training and mentoring of first officers; contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

🧰 What you bring

• ATPL (ICAO) — required.
• Demonstrated command capability in multi-crew, multi-engine turbine operations.
• Exceptional airmanship with strong CRM, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SOPs, FMS, and modern avionics; disciplined, detail-focused approach.
• Calm, decisive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic operational environments.
• Comfort operating in a bilingual (Hebrew/English) environment is an advantage.
• Ability to meet applicable medical, background, and security requirements.
