🧭 What You’ll Do
- Captain complex, mission-configured aircraft in support of airborne ISR and special mission operations.
- Lead flight crews and collaborate closely with mission system operators, technicians, and ground teams.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights with precision—prioritizing risk management, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Conduct thorough preflight and postflight activities, ensuring aircraft and mission systems readiness.
- Adapt to dynamic tasking and evolving mission objectives in time-sensitive environments.
- Champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement mindset across all phases of flight.

- Proven experience as Pilot-in-Command with a strong record of safe, professional operations.
- Deep familiarity with special mission or ISR-style flying, or a strong desire to learn and excel in this environment.
- Exceptional crew resource management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse global theaters and changing operational contexts.
- High integrity, discretion, and a commitment to mission success and team cohesion.
- Eligibility to work on missions that may require additional screening or security vetting.
