✈️ The Opportunity
As a First Officer on our Airbus fleet, you will operate in a multi-crew, SOP-driven environment, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations from preflight planning through postflight duties. You will work closely with the Captain to deliver operational excellence, clear communication, and a great onboard experience while upholding a strong safety culture.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Flight Time: Minimum 500 hours
- Flight Time Notes: Minimum 500 hours on an aircraft certified to CS-25 (or equivalent), performing pilot-operator functions at the time of application
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL (A) with valid CPL/IR and MCC
- Preferred: ATPL (A) without restriction
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: Spanish ICAO Level 5; English ELP Level 4 minimum
- Education: University entrance exam passed or completed studies that allow access to university
- Background: Clear criminal record
- Work Authorization: Right to work in the European Union; unrestricted passport
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Execute line operations in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations, supporting the Captain in all phases of flight
- Perform thorough flight preparation, performance calculations, fuel planning, and FMS setup
- Manage effective ATC communication in both Spanish and English
- Apply robust CRM and TEM principles, contributing to a proactive safety culture
- Participate in initial type rating and recurrent training to maintain the highest standards
