🧭 The opportunity

🧰 Minimum qualifications
- EASA licence: Valid ATPL (Frozen) with IR, ME, and MCC; or MPL with Phase 4 completed.
- UPRT: Advanced UPRT in accordance with EASA.FCL.745.
- Type rating: Current A320 or A220 type rating; or a minimum of 500 hours total flight time on CS-25 aircraft.
- Medical: EASA Class 1.
- Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Open to licence holders: EASA only.
🌟 Additional eligibility
- Education: General higher education entrance qualification or equivalent.
- Work authorization: Unrestricted residence and work permit.
- Passport: Unlimited validity. If not an EU passport, travel/entry restrictions must be no stricter than those of an EU passport.

- Operate A320 family aircraft safely and efficiently within company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Execute all phases of flight with exemplary CRM, situational awareness, and threat/error management.
- Manage FMS, performance calculations, and fuel planning in coordination with the Captain and Operations.
- Uphold on-time performance while maintaining the highest safety margins and customer service standards.
- Participate in recurrent training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
