🧰 Your mission

• Support the Captain in the safe, compliant operation of the ACJ320 across all phases of flight.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
• Adhere to SOPs, execute checklists precisely, and model strong CRM and situational awareness.
• Manage and monitor FMS/avionics, aircraft systems, and flight path under the Captain’s direction.
• Contribute to safety reporting and continuous improvement within the safety management system.
• Represent the flight department with discretion and professionalism during operations and travel.

🌟 What you bring

• Current, valid A320 family type rating.
• EASA CPL with IR and ME.
• Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Level 4+.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under time pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required; comfortable with an open base arrangement.
• Impeccable safety record — no history of accidents or incidents.
• No criminal record and no security restrictions.
