Elit’Avia, a leading VVIP business-aviation operator (Malta / San Marino / UAE), is recruiting an experienced, type-rated Airbus ACJ319 First Officer for a new VVIP project. Fly discerning clients across the globe from a Central Asia base on a balanced 15-days-on / 15-days-off rotation, as part of a dynamic, service-driven crew.
🧭 The Opportunity
We are seeking a service-oriented First Officer to deliver Elit’Avia’s hallmark, discreet VVIP experience on the ACJ319. You will operate to the highest safety and service standards while commuting on a predictable 15/15 rotation from a Central Asia base.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as First Officer on the Airbus ACJ319 for VVIP / corporate missions.
- Execute flights in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Uphold exceptional safety, professionalism, discretion, and client care on every sector.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain, cabin crew, and ground teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Conduct thorough flight preparation, performance calculations, and flight deck duties.
- Work a 15-days-on / 15-days-off rotational roster from a Central Asia base.
🌟 What You’ll Bring
- Current, type-rated First Officer on the Airbus ACJ319.
- Minimum 3,500 hours total time.
- At least 2,000 hours on type (ACJ319).
- VVIP experience on the ACJ319 preferred.
- English Language Proficiency: ICAO Level 5 or higher.
- No history of incidents or accidents; clean criminal record.
📜 Licences & Endorsements
- Licence: Valid EASA, FAA or ICAO ATPL (with current medical).
- Type Endorsement: Current A320 family endorsement (for ACJ319 operations).
