✈️ The Opportunity
As an A350 XWB Captain, you will lead flight operations on scheduled international routes from Ethiopian Airlines’ Addis Ababa hub. You will champion safety, operational excellence, and a strong crew culture while delivering a world-class passenger experience.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Airbus A350 XWB on scheduled routes in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Command the flight crew, fostering clear communication and strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, performance planning, and crew briefings.
- Manage aircraft systems and flight operations across all phases of flight.
- Complete all required flight documentation, reports, and post-flight debriefs accurately and on time.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Valid ATPL (FAA, ICAO, or JAA accepted).
- Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 2,500 hours on jet aircraft.
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on A350 type.
- Current A350 XWB type rating.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Eligible to work in Ethiopia; visa sponsorship available.
