🧰 Minimum Requirements

• 5000+ total flight hours
• 2000+ total PIC hours
• 1000+ PIC hours on A350
• Last flight on A350 within 9 months preferred (may be flexible)
• Valid ATPL with current A350 type rating
• A350 OPC valid for at least 2 months beyond start date
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above
• Height: ≥165 cm (male), ≥160 cm (female)
• Age: under 58 (male), under 53 (female)

• Lead safe, efficient A350 operations in accordance with company SOPs and international regulations
• Champion crew resource management and mentor flight deck and cabin crew
• Deliver operational excellence across all phases of flight, including long-haul sectors
• Uphold a strong safety culture, SMS participation, and continuous improvement
• Maintain currency and training standards, including OPC/LPC and recurrent requirements
