Step onto widebody operations as an Airbus A330 First Officer. We welcome non‑type rated pilots and provide a full A330 type rating and onboarding program to set you up for safe, confident performance from day one.
🧭 The role
As an A330 First Officer, you will operate long- and medium-haul services with a sharp focus on safety, teamwork, and passenger experience. You will work closely with your Captain and flight operations teams to deliver on-time performance and uncompromising standards.
- Operate the A330 under company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead meticulous preflight planning: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and route analysis.
- Apply robust CRM and TEM to manage risk and workload.
- Execute precision departures, enroute navigation, and approaches in all environments.
- Contribute to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement ethos.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME.
- ATPL theory credit / Frozen ATPL.
- Current EASA Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- No A330 type rating required — company training provided.
🌟 Preferred profile
- 500+ hours total time on CS-25 or equivalent large turbine aircraft.
- A320 or A330 type rating with a minimum of 100 hours on type.
Candidates meeting preferred experience will be prioritized; however, all eligible NTR applicants are encouraged to apply.
📚 Training and support
- Company-sponsored A330 type rating and Operator Conversion Course.
- Full-flight simulator training with advanced CRM/TEM modules.
- Structured line training with experienced training captains and mentors.
Progression and recurrent training follow company policy and operational requirements.
