Airbus A330 First Officer – Madrid Base (Renewable Contract, 21/10 Roster)

Join a high-performing flight deck as an Airbus A330 First Officer based in Madrid. You will operate for an important client under a stable contracting arrangement. Following instruction, you will move onto a predictable 21-on/10-off roster pattern, supporting sustained widebody operations as part of a long-term project.

• Operate the Airbus A330 as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of flight safety, compliance, and airmanship.
• Work within the published 21/10 roster following completion of instruction.
• Collaborate effectively with the flight crew and operational teams to ensure on-time, safe operations.

• Mandatory: EASA licence and current A330 type rating.
• Passport: EU passport.
• Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Advantageous: Spanish ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Consideration with CCQ: An A320 CCQ may be considered with a minimum of 1,000 hours on type, subject to the stated on-type experience requirement.
• Professionalism, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset.

• Renewable one-year contract as part of a long-term project.
• 21/10 roster applies after instruction.
• OCC date: To be confirmed.
