Resource Group is recruiting experienced A321 First Officers on behalf of a well-established operator in Germany. This is a permanent, long‑term contract based in Leipzig, offering a stable operational environment and a predictable 3‑weeks‑on / 1‑week‑off roster. Operational commencement (OCC) date to be confirmed.
🧭 About the role
Join a stable, German-based operation as a First Officer on the Airbus A321. You’ll fly a fixed 3/1 roster from the Leipzig base, contributing to safe, efficient, and on-time performance while upholding the highest operational standards.
🧰 Your mission
- Operate as First Officer on the A320 Family (A321) in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure the highest levels of safety and professionalism.
- Maintain readiness and currency to fulfill duties within the 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off schedule.
- Support a stable, long-term operation based out of Leipzig.
🌟 What you bring
- Valid EASA ATPL.
- Current and valid A320 type rating.
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Minimum 450 hours on the A320 Family.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in Germany.
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
