Operating in a multi-crew environment, you’ll uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship on the A320 family. You’ll maintain sharp situational awareness, make timely decisions in changing conditions, and communicate clearly across cockpit and cabin to keep every flight smooth and coordinated.

- Conduct all phases of flight in strict accordance with company SOPs, A320 systems knowledge, and applicable regulations.
- Continuously assess the operational picture; identify and manage threats and errors before they escalate.
- Apply crisp, confident decision-making during abnormal and time-critical situations.
- Champion effective CRM, fostering open communication and collaboration with the cabin.
- Lead by example as an SFO, modeling professionalism, self-discipline, and a safety-first mindset.
- Drive on-time performance and fuel efficiency through thorough planning, briefings, and vigilant monitoring.
- Complete flight documentation accurately and maintain company and regulatory quality standards.

🧾 Minimum requirements
- In type: 2,500 hours on the A320 family
- Type rating: A320 family (current and valid)
- License: Valid ATPL
- Open to license holders: CAAV
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4+
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
