  • Aircraft: Airbus A320 family
  • Licenses: CPL or ATPL
  • Medical: Class One
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4+

🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer on our A320 fleet, you’ll deliver safe, on-time, and efficient operations across a dynamic regional network while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and customer care.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure a safety-first culture.
  • Complete thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
  • Respond decisively to operational and weather-related changes while maintaining situational awareness.
  • Champion fuel-efficient, environmentally responsible operating practices.
  • Maintain currency, training, and professional standards at all times.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Flight time: 800+ hours fixed-wing total time with airlines experience.
  • Type experience: 500+ hours on A320 preferred.
  • Current Class One Medical certificate.
  • ICAO English proficiency Level 4 or above.
  • Currency docs: Latest Proficiency Check/Proficiency Training/Annual Line Check report.
  • References: Chief Pilot references from your two most recent employers.
  • Safety record: Official flight safety record from your current airline/authority.
  • No history of substance abuse or related convictions.
  • Valid CPL or ATPL.
