🧰 What you’ll do

Operate A320 family aircraft safely and efficiently in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Champion safety, compliance, CRM, disciplined radiotelephony, and threat & error management on every sector.
Collaborate with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a punctual, friendly, low-cost travel experience.
Engage in initial, recurrent, and proficiency training to maintain the highest standards of performance.

🌟 Minimum requirements

Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME (ICAO)
Medical: Class 1
English Proficiency: ELP Level 4 or above
Total Flight Time: Minimum 1000 hours
Flight Time Pathways (meet one):
- Minimum 1000 hours total, including 500 hours on a turbine aircraft with MTOW > 5,670 kg used in commercial aviation; or
- Minimum 1000 hours total, including 500 hours on a corporate jet; or
- Minimum 2000 hours total, including 500 hours on civil-registered transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operations.
For CPL holders: Minimum 5 hours cross-country time as PIC

Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s Licence
Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided

NTR-friendly: Type rating not required — comprehensive A320 training provided.
