- Part 121 Time: 800 hours (minimum)
- Licenses: ATPL or CPL (ICAO)
- Medical: Class 2
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Preferred Experience: 500+ flight hours on A320 (preferred, not mandatory)
- Work Authorization: Able to work without employer sponsorship
