🧭 About the role
As an A320 First Officer, you will support the Captain in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations from gate-to-gate. You’ll execute precise flight planning, systems management, and checklist discipline, while exercising exemplary CRM and communication in all phases of flight.
- Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel checks.
- Maintain high standards of situational awareness, threat and error management, and stabilized approaches.
- Uphold a safety-first culture and proactively report hazards and occurrences.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and compliance across all required checks and training.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Type Rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 family type rating
- Hours on Type: Minimum 500 hours post line release on A320 family
- Instrument & Checks: Valid IR and current Pilot’s Proficiency Check (PPC)
- Licenses: CPL with IR and ME, issued by DGCA (India)
- Radio/Telecom: FRTOL and COP/RTR
- Medical: Class 1 (current)
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- eGCA: Mandatory eGCA ID with all licenses and documents validated
🌟 Additional requirements
- Certificate confirming an incident/accident-free record
- Breath analyzer report
- Details of any enforcement action, if applicable, taken by DGCA against the license holder
Originals and copies may be requested during screening and selection.
