🧭 Your Mission

As a First Officer on the A320, you will operate in line with company SOPs and international regulations, delivering a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused service across our network.

  • Execute all phases of flight on the A320 family in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional CRM, communication, and decision-making under normal and non-normal operations.
  • Uphold a strong safety culture through diligent threat and error management.
  • Contribute to on-time performance and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Engage in continuous learning, recurrent training, and standardization initiatives.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Type rating: Required on Airbus A320
  • License: EASA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Operator Conversion: EASA Operator Conversion Course (OCC) already completed with an airline
  • Certificates: No-incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer
  • Background: No criminal record
  • Driving license: Valid
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided
