  • Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient A320 operations across all phases of flight.
  • Execute SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements with precision and professionalism.
  • Contribute to robust threat and error management, maintaining a just culture and open communication.
  • Prepare and brief thoroughly for each sector, ensuring high standards of situational awareness and CRM.
  • Support operational resilience through disciplined flight planning, fuel management, and punctual turnarounds.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320
  • License required: EASA CPL / IR / ME
  • Accepted licenses: EASA only
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Conversion: EASA Operator Conversion Course completed with an airline
  • Records: No-incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer
  • Background: No criminal record
  • Driving: Valid driving license
