🧭 Role overview

As an Airbus A320 First Officer, you will operate under the direction of the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You will prepare and execute each sector in accordance with company SOPs and DGCA regulations, demonstrate exemplary CRM, and maintain full compliance with currency and proficiency standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• In-type time: 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: Current & valid A320 Type Rating
• Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — issued/validated by DGCA
• Proficiency: Valid IR & Pilot’s Proficiency Check
• Radio: FRTOL, COP/RTR
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Eligibility: Open to DGCA licence holders

🌟 Compliance & documentation

• eGCA ID: Mandatory — all licences and documents must be validated in eGCA
• Safety record: Certificate of incident/accident-free record
• DGCA history (past 3 years): Breath-analyzer results and details of any enforcement action, if applicable

🛫 What you’ll do

• Operate A320 family aircraft as First Officer in strict adherence to SOPs and DGCA regulations
• Support the Captain through all phases: flight planning, briefing, execution, and post-flight
• Apply robust CRM, threat & error management, and checklist discipline
• Maintain currency across IR, PPC, and mandatory training requirements
