🧭 Your Mission

As an A320 First Officer, you will deliver safe, efficient, and professional operations while championing open communication and teamwork across the flight deck and cabin.

  • Operate the A320 Family in full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with the Captain in all phases of flight, from planning and performance calculations to execution and post‑flight review.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew, ATC, and ground teams to maintain shared situational awareness.
  • Apply structured, analytical thinking to normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures, using checklists with discipline.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, and calm problem‑solving in dynamic or high‑pressure situations.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • In type: 500 hours on A320 Family
  • Type rating: Required (A320 Family)
  • License req.: ATPL
  • Open to Lic. Holders: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
