🧭 Role snapshot
As an A320 First Officer, you will operate in accordance with company SOPs and international regulations, support the Captain in all phases of flight, maintain exemplary airmanship and CRM, and contribute to a proactive safety culture. You’ll help deliver a reliable, on-time operation while ensuring a superb passenger experience.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours minimum
- In-Type (A320): 1,500 hours
- Type Rating: A320 required
- License: Current ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Recency: Last flight on A320 within the past 6 months (during the licensing period)
Note: A320 First Officers with slightly under 2,000 total hours may be considered and, if selected, will complete a probationary period with additional training.
🧾 Documents & verifications
- License Authentication: Letter from the issuing Civil Aviation Authority for your CPL/ATPL, including the name and email of the CAA Licensing Officer.
- Employment Reference: Recommendation/Release letter from your previous airline.
- Criminal Record: Issued within the last 6 months and notarized by the Vietnam Embassy in your country of origin.
- Safety Record: No accident/incident history within the past 5 years.
