Airbus A320 First Officer (Type‑Rated) — Direct Entry

As an A320 First Officer, you will support safe, efficient operations across all phases of flight. You’ll collaborate closely with the Captain and crew, apply sound decision-making under SOPs, and deliver an excellent passenger experience while maintaining the highest professional standards.

• Type rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 family type rating (Type-Rated required)
• Licence: EASA ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum) / approx. B2
• German: Very good language skills, at least C1
• Eligibility: Open to EASA licence holders
• Health & Safety: Covid‑19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship not provided

• Documentation: Completely documented proof of performance (e.g., verified logbook, employment references, training/check records)
• Professionalism: Strong CRM, adherence to SOPs, and safety-focused mindset
• Communication: Clear, concise cockpit and operational communication in German and English
