✈️ The Role
As an A320 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations in line with Air Arabia SOPs and regulatory requirements. You’ll play a key part in pre-flight planning, threat and error management, and exceptional customer service through professional and precise flight execution.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, briefings, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Operate the Airbus A320 in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and civil aviation regulations.
- Apply CRM, TEM, and robust communication to ensure safe decision-making.
- Monitor systems and flight progress; manage normal/abnormal procedures and support the Captain in all phases of flight.
- Complete flight documentation and maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
- Champion the airline’s QA/Safety/Security programs and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Participate in training, checks, and recurrent assessments to maintain the highest proficiency standards.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Valid ATPL or CPL with Frozen ATPL.
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time; Airbus A320 experience preferred.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Fitness Certificate for Co-Pilots.
- Pass technical and psychometric assessments per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
- Very good English proficiency; Arabic and French are advantageous.
- Safety and emergency response training; CRM training advantageous.
- Familiarity with IATA security principles and standards (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; calm under pressure with the ability to manage heavy operational schedules.
- High accuracy and attention to detail with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
