Join Global Airways Lithuania, an experienced ACMI operator flying the Airbus A320 family across multiple seasons and continents.
✈️ The role
As an A320 First Officer with Global Airways Lithuania, you will operate worldwide ACMI missions, supporting partner airlines through seasonal demand peaks and special programs. You will fly where the season takes you, adapt to diverse operating environments, and uphold the highest safety and SOP standards.
- Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company and customer SOPs.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and threat and error management.
- Work closely with Captains, cabin crew, and OCC to deliver reliable on-time performance.
- Represent Global Airways professionally while embedded with customer airlines.
🧭 Where you’ll fly
Our seasonal operations are primarily in Northern Hemisphere markets, with additional deployments in the Southern Hemisphere.
- Turkey, Greece, Armenia, Moldova, Czechia
- South Africa
Typical rotations: 6–8 weeks on, 3–4 weeks off.
🧰 Training and type rating
- No A320 type rating required; company-provided training for successful candidates.
- Recurrent training and checking in line with EASA standards.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Licences/ratings: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME
- Licence holders: EASA or SACAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
Flight time (choose one pathway):
- Full EASA CPL/ATPL and 500 hrs on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with MTOM > 10 tons, or passenger seating > 19.
- All EASA ATPL subjects passed and 500 hrs on turbojet or transport category aeroplane with MTOM > 10 tons, or passenger seating > 19.
- SACAA licence validation with >1500 hrs MPA as PIC or Copilot.
