Airbus A320 First Officer — Ecuador Base (No Type Rating Required)

🧭 Your mission

As an A320 First Officer, you’ll contribute your skills and judgment to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations across our network.

• Support the Captain in all phases of flight, from briefing to shutdown, operating within SOPs and a robust safety culture.
• Execute checklists, apply CRM best practices, and communicate clearly in a multi-crew environment.
• Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, FMS setup, and accurate navigation and systems management.
• Comply with company policies and DGAC (EC) regulations, maintaining meticulous records and reports.
• Deliver a professional passenger experience with bilingual communication (English/Spanish).

• Total time: 200 hours
• Licenses: CPL, IR, ME
• License authority: DGAC (EC)
• Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
• Medical: Class 2
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Languages: English and Spanish

• US Visa: Valid B1/B2
